Getta trends for 2011/2012 autumn – winter season
The new Gatta offer for the 2011/2012 autumn and winter season reflect the tendencies presented at the international fashion shows. Currently in demand are the feminine, sexy, modern designs inspired by the 40-ies and 70-ies styles. The exceptional collections of clothing and tights have been created on the basis of the strongest trends in this season: fetish black, Norwegian pattern, recycling fashion, unisex and metallic shine.
BLACK IS BACK
A dread on all colours! Black is back and in a grand style too. Its dynamics is at places covered with a flash of slight refined patterns of lace flowers or razor sharp geometry. This last was adapted to a consecutive “obsession” of the season – the grunge with a dash of gothic sobriety. Sometimes still black attempts to subdue the animal pattern, which was brought on announced by summer trends. Everything is close fitting; the legs are on display and enticing. The optional extras or the entire styling might be in black. The suggestions maintained in this trend are feminine, stylish and sexy.
THE MALE STYLE
The fact that women borrow clothes from masculine wardrobes is a fact known for ages and still remains in fashion. Actually the classic trend has originated from it. It is enough to change the colours, arrange them differently, wear a single-breasted jacket or a waistcoat, prolong a bit the classic men shirt and wear as a dress with suspender tights. Our new winter “look” is created by the male trend with feminine character. In this male – female game, we – the women – are allowed to cross over a fashion boundary, mixing colours which on the surface appear to be incompatible: strong, intense cobalt, deep sea green, purple, red, school like navy blue and sometimes also orange.
O LE SANTA FE!
A trip to New Mexico is another must in fashion. Trips to exotic countries, post cards from holidays, offbeat patterns are not reserved only for the spring – summer creations. The autumn and winter sun also creates an ideal aura to play with an ethnic design. Mexican motifs on the fabrics for dresses, skirts and even coats create an exceptional, patchwork composition. The surprise with exceptionally strong colour or remain in key with white, beige or black. Mexican motifs are a wealth for our fashion conscious imagination.
HIGH GLOSS
The new season cannot make without the two motifs originating from the 90-ies: the gloss and the geometry. This autumn and winter the geometry is even bigger: in blocks, squares, argyle, laser, broad lines are decidedly made and visible. If there are any circles, dots or spots then in exceedingly futuristic style. The new geometry is also glossy, just as if the surface of the fabric was covered with a million of metallic threads, which bring about an effect of artificial light on the skin. It looks very interesting on tights brings about a totally new look.
RAW PERFECTION
Ideal need not be perfect. Currently the most chic items remain unfinished, incomplete, unironed, in multilayers. Sometimes in totally “seedy” composition, more frequently broken with one ideally made form. The attire looks as is faded, recycled, all this is a climate from women following the fashion but also looking for own, highly individual style. Faded, indistinguishable colours, clearly visible seedy areas on shirts but also on thick knee-length socks, tights or gaiters. It wild but also very sexy and nonchalant.
NORWEGIAN CLIMATES
The frenzy about Scandinavia has not passed. Winter climate has conquered also the world fashion. The characteristic Norwegian design is present on all catwalks of the greatest fashion gurus. Stars, reindeers and other shapes originating from the Arctic north are the obligatory elements of the autumn and winter attire. Norwegian designs adorn fitting sweatshirt, dresses or polo necks. The coming season is to be in Scandinavian style but also fashionable and very feminine.
